First up -

Second round -
2 minute OH Walking lunges 65# - 1 drop, no shoulder set. good.
2 minute Max OH Walk in Figure 8 - 5 up/down. good. not recovered enough to dig too far on that one.
L sit on PVC, 10 seconds - pretty much done, so just popped up. need to work on straightening legs under stress.
Third round -
10 tire flips w/jump through - light tire, but good quick feet.
Fourth round -
25 pull ups 47 seconds - couldn't resist after I set the timer ;)
Good recovery work. Just a few shorties to blow out the soreness from the weekend. Good times. Good peeps. Good stuff!
