My First Floor Press

Great Powerlifting session with Skip @ CoolFitness tonight. Thought I was just there for lecture, lots to learn, but we went for a workout since we were there!

Bench Boosters
Max Effort Day
Floor Press - work on form and get a feel. 5 sets
5 reps @45#
3 reps @65#
1 rep  @90
1 rep  @100#

Finish with Dynamic day sets
Close Grip Bench, 3 sets/12,10,8 - 65-75-85
Cable Push downs, 4 sets/12/10/8/6 - 50-60-70-80
Strict Pull up, 8/8/8/6
KB Lateral Raise, 3 sets of 8 @15#
