Well, Rx just wasn't in my game today. These are heavy! Yes I will be there someday, however that day is not today. Had visions of 95# SC but nope 75# was enough to get out of the squat with. More visions of Muscle ups which will come. I just need to be patient and keep doing the work.
Just warm up, which was nice. I am feeling yesterday right in the glutes.
