AMRAP 20 min
9 Deadlift (225/165) - 135#
8 Muscle ups or 8 pull/8 dip (neg ring/banded bar rotate)
9 Squat cleans (155/105) 75#
5RNDS +7DL
Well, Rx just wasn't in my game today. These are heavy! Yes I will be there someday, however that day is not today. Had visions of 95# SC but nope 75# was enough to get out of the squat with. More visions of Muscle ups which will come. I just need to be patient and keep doing the work.

Yeh, Back to Saturdays!
After many Saturday's at the pool, swim season is but a memory and I am ready for some fun WODs with the crew.
Today did not disappoint. Still feeling a bit woozie with a little dizzy in there, it was time to kick it up and that we did.
