Crup + Ahhhh = Freaking Fast WOD

Defined as CrossFitter that aggressively pours their heart and soul into the workout with precision and intent.

Sweet little warm up with the boys today:

Backward Mini Angie
50 Squats
50 Sit ups
50 Push ups
50 Pull ups


30 KB Swings 16kg
25 Wall Ball 14
20 Pull ups

7:59 - just get it done. I needed a huge stress relief and that did it. Unborken swings, wall ball and close on the pull ups.
