Tabata Huh?

Well, nothing like totally changing the wod and still getting a great experience ;-0!

Snatch Balance
Deadlift

WOD

3-3-3 Deadlift
145, 165, 185
immediately do 8 box jumps

Tabata Something Else
20 sec on 10 sec off, 8 RNDS each movement

Row
Pull ups
Push ups
Sit ups
Squats
immediately run 1 mile for time 8:33

Wow, major moments at the end of this wod. Stress offers many challenges ;-( when you least expect it!
will do bottom to bottom tabata on friday with run.

Overall, great day ;-) Much to be thankful for and look forward to.
