Thursday WOD
- 5- 400m sprints
- 150 kb swings- at a comfortable weight
- Clapping Push-ups until failure.
- Then crunch variations- reverse crunch, V Ups, twisting crunch, Leg up crunch - expert 100 reps, elite 150 reps
- 1 minute plank
