Waaaaaaaay behind in my postings...will get to it...
 Want to remember this one. Good way to start Thursday, hopefully can do the sprints in the SNOW!

 Thursday WOD

jump rope 10 minutes

  • 5- 400m sprints
  • 150 kb swings- at a comfortable weight
  • Clapping Push-ups until failure.
  • Then crunch variations- reverse crunch, V Ups, twisting crunch, Leg up crunch - expert 100 reps, elite 150 reps
  • 1 minute plank
