  • TGU w/yoga block on tips of fingers

  • 10 low/mid/oh swing (25#
  • 10 side Opposite arm/leg extension, 1 sec hold (5 ea side)
  • 10 Viking push press (kb 5 ea side) 25#
  • 10 Russian Twist (5 ea side) 25#
