  • 5/5 KB One Leg Deadlift
  • 5/5 One Arm Press
  • 10 Pull ups
  • 10 Balance Ball Plank to Push up to Reverse Crunch

Skill drill: 21-15-9

  • One Arm Swings (each side)
  • Leg Whips (each side)
  • Deck squat to Get up w/bell
  • Jump squat
  • Dbl Unders
