RX 105 used 75# due to mini bar available, strange feeling to lift with such a shorty training bar, but at least could get it done today.

No watch, no time, just sweat and a fun fast workout. Light weight made transitions easy and enjoyable from one movement to the next.
It has been a while since I have really been on the bar and I am looking forward to getting back in the box now that swim season has come to an end!
