Well, really, the chill in air is more or less gone and the pool is spectacular. So, chill would be referring to an active rest day! Yay!

FR/BR swim/kick - Just couldn't put anymore bfly in this week with the wods. Nice low volume. 50yd TT from CFEndurance is due this week. 32.

1 pulling set, which felt tremendous after yesterday's volume of pull ups or was it push ups or maybe the sled pull, well however it translates ... my lats need a good reach and stretch out.

Hmmm, new focal point between now and September ... Moxie Madness, yikes! Get working on those GOATS.
