Next Generation

This needed to be said a little bigger here! The next generation. This is perfect timing in that one of the young gals in my class mentioned how she really loves to train with me because she wants to be strong & fit! This was such a nice compliment ;).

7RNDs + 25 reps, yaaa hooo! Felt great ;)
