Damn! Endurance WOD = 6 hours of a board meeting...and I was only there for the first 3! Home by 10pm, pool closed at 9, not enough time to drive to the box and back before.
Missed swim and WOD for the day. But, sometimes you have to represent when life throws a curve ball or two.
