Thought today would be a cinch.
Went from the classic
5 RFT
400 R
50 squats
to
5 RFT
15 pull up
15 Box jumps (20")
15 push ups
Just feeling major fatigue, some of the other members had injuries, so we modified. Better or otherwise, it was one of those days. I just felt like every inch of my body was aching. Couldn't get my pull ups unbroken. Just keep moving forward.
