100 Push ups
100 Sit ups
12:48 darn, I need to get better at keeping my times...wrote it down at the box, will check.
Well, I am on squat restriction as well as heavy lifts for the week...all it good time ;-) Rest and recovery when needed keeps us healthy and happy in the long run.
Anxious for a new time on this...next Friday it's a done deal.
