Didn't really mean to work out today, but couldn't resist the WOD.
Sporting some old navy belted shortie shorts and a rock-n-roll T w/chuck taylor's it was the perfect attire! Well, sort of, until the sweating started ;-) Great WOD, hope to do it Rx someday.

10 Chest to bar pull ups alternate grip to get up there, wow feel the difference
