Wednesday already?!

Trying to get rebalanced and finding that I likely need a reasonable break, however...after warming up and a bit of internal whining it was time to kick some butt!

Push Press

6 RNDS or AMRAP 20 minutes

25 burpees

5 RNDS total - that was HARD
