As many reps as possible:
- Air squats
- Pledge Pushups
- Jumping Lunges
- Scissor Kicks
- Plank clock taps
- DB Push Presses
3 min round (30 seconds each movement)
30 seconds rest
4.5 min round (45 seconds each movement)
45 seconds rest
6 minute round (60 seconds each movement)
1 minute rest
4.5 min round
45 seconds rest
3 minute round...done!
