Holy Hand Smoker, Batman!

  • Frog Complex 45, 55, 65, 75# (Squat Clean, Thruster, Back Squat, Thruster from back rack position.)
  • Jump rope double under pyramid - 1 - 10
  • Hi/Lo planks
  • OHSquat (no weight)

V02 Max
  • KB 26#, 10 RNDS total (5 each arm)
  •  20 sec on 10 sec off KB Snatch, one bell weight lower than swinging weight, FAST)
WOD 

 4 RNDS - ladder 1-4
  • Dbl Clean to Thruster
  • Pistols (did 1 leg deck squat no support)
  • T2B
V02 Max repeat.

Bruiser! I was so suprised how tough this was...Great combo, pistols were my sticking point but glad I stuck with it!
