Regional WOD #4

CrossFit Games Regionals Workout #4

For time:

100 Pull-ups
100 Kettlebell swings (53lb / 35lb)
100 Double-unders
100 Overhead squats (95lb / 65lb) - due to yesterday's little ditty, I subbed Front squats

Rx weight - OH MY dad! Very fun workout but wow, a bit of work. I fatigued from the pull ups quicky, after 50 and I could't even considert C2B on these today. Swings felt fantastic, could have worked with the 44#  Front squats felt solid, good depth and elbows forward ;-).
