30 minutes, on the minute, alternating movements every minute
  • 20 OHSwing
  • Sit ups (after yesterdays tabata, in order to avoid excess monkey butt...I planked each side 30 seconds and held a 10lb kb on the extended arm)
That was fun! Definately gets to you at the end but fun!
