Tabata Not, or Maybe, YES!

Early trip to the train station downtown so no class workout today. But, enjoyed a good WOD nonetheless.

3 sets
5xC2B pull ups, 30 second rest between sets

3 sets
KB OHSwing 35#, 30 second rest between sets

3 sets
50 Dbl Unders, 30 second rest between sets

3 sets
15 OHSquats 65#, 30 second rest between sets

12:59, felt great!

Loved the recovery sets. So good in fact that I went ahead and did Tabata a few hours later.
