  • High pull each side
  • v-up
  • figure 8 to a hold each side
  • seated hot potatoe each side
  • jerks each side

Tired today, but sweat and movement felt good. Meet tomorrow so, too much sun and no wod ;). Workout went well, not use to the jerks with the bell.
