New KB Training (and so much more!) that I am very interested in ;).
Since I couldn't get to the box today, went with some plyometric sequences and the following, 2 rnds x30 seconds of each movement:
Sprawl
Jump squat
KB Swing
Jump squat
Sprawl
Rest 30
Goblet squat 12kg
Push up
SumoDeadlift 32kg
Push up
Goblet squat
Rest 30
Split squat
Side lunge
Alt lunge
Side lunge
Split squat
Handstand practice 10 minutes
