Oh My Weiski

Skill: 1st round of Workout


KB Workout:

6 RNDS
  • 1 Handstand Push up
  • 2 Pistols (1 each side)
  • 3 clapping pushups
  • 4 TGU (2 each side)
  • 5 Weiski’s
  • 6 High/Low plank (3 each side)
  • 7 Swing squat
  • 8 Clean and press (4 each side)
  • 9 OverHead swing
