ReplyDeleteI was actually jonsing for the row! But after the last couple of days of programming, my body needed the run instead, so it worked out.
ReplyDeleteI felt a a bit of the grip from run to lift to jump ;), which was a treat and I did get some row skills post wod, so I am very pleased!
