FunDayFriday ;)

Hmmm, day to myself, what to do, what to do.

Bulgarian Split Squats (1st timer here)
4 Sets of 4-6 reps w/26# KBs
Rest 3 minutes

50 Double unders
25 Air squats
Run 400

Oh, I am feeling this one. Blow it out! Great, catch my breath and ready for the weekend.
