6AM KBs Went for this work today, knowing that my schedule is still adjusting. Not super heavy, not super tough, good maintenance.
Warm up 2RNDs R200 - can't believe how good it felt to run in the cool morning air! 10 TRX Row 10 Depth squat with pause at the bottom 10 Push up
Workout 3RNDs 250 Row 10 OHswing 35#/16kg 10 Clean & Press R/L 26#/12kg 10 Deck squat to plank (becoming a new fav) 10 sit ups
5PM Last minute decision so squeeze in this workout. Just need to stay focused to stay on the program. Hydration is an issue right now, trying to balance out this first couple of weeks of sun exposure.
Strength StrongLiftsB Squat 75 OHP 55 DL 135 - due to lack of weight options went up on this one a bit.
