90 Minutes of L3 Yoga
Balance was more challenging that I thought it would be. Really enjoyed the breath. An hour and a half flew by! I have been missing yoga.
Post workout, of course ... the go slowly part ;). Although slow seems to define the surreal experience of the Airdyne. There are times when I know I am moving but can't really feel my legs. Kept all sets between 9/10 today. Better recovery too. Goooood!
