Snatch It

Teaching ... or learning ... the Kettlebell Snatch “from the top down” has advantages that are only apparent when the reps get high. ~ Dan John

Fantastic KB Snatch article by Dan John that I found post Snatch Test. Now, I have read a few things on his reason for the Goblet Squat, but this was a breath of fresh air.

Warm-up: 
21-15-9
  • Jumping lunge each side
  • Wall ball
  • Pull up
  • KB OHswing

Workout: 
SNATCH TEST
25-15-10
Snatches each side
(compete all required reps for each set before changing arms)
