Fantastic KB Snatch article by Dan John that I found post Snatch Test. Now, I have read a few things on his reason for the Goblet Squat, but this was a breath of fresh air.
Warm-up:

- Wall ball
- Pull up
- KB OHswing

Snatches each side
(compete all required reps for each set before changing arms)
