Warm-up:
3 rounds
Abs for 1 minute
Over Head squat practice (15#)

2 minutes of swings

5 RNDs:
5 Bent row (ES)
5 Push-ups

2 minutes of figure 8 to a hold

Workout: ladder 1-5
Clean thruster from the floor

2 minutes of snatches

Static hold pronated grip
3x10 seconds

Deadlift DE work up to heavy single
