No kip, correct hand position.
Fisherman pull x3

Done on the up(ish) swing of the lot
Handstand Push ups 3 x max
2, 1, 3 (happy, these went up easy ... why did I stop?)
Note to self: I think that I am rushing things and not taking enough rest in between sets.
Super happy to hang with my gal pal Jackie! She was a great workout partner today ;)! Thank you girl!
