Ready for CHRISTmas? What schedule?! Sometimes you need to keep moving forward and allow.

A3: Kettlebell Wall Sit - 60 sec 12kg
B1: Kettlebell Clean from Ground - 10ES 20kg
B2: Double Kettlebell Clean - 10 16kg, core baby core to stabilize
C1: Alt Double Kettlebell 1-Leg Deadlift - 10ES 20kg
C2: Double Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift - 10 24kg
HE: 1-Hand Swing - 4 x 30 sec ES 20kg
