Okay, 4am wake up call right after daylight savings switch = bad for circadian rhythm.
Now I was sore AND tired. My body wanted food. All morning long. I ate at 4:30am, I ate at 8:30am, I ate again at 12:30 and 3:30 and 5:30 and after that I was too tired to do anything but fall into bed, though I am sure I was dreaming about food ;).
I intended to L2 D2, but after a 1K row I knew I was out for the day. Recover. Work. Read. Recover. I took the listen to my body part seriously today.
Be flexible and reset the plan. Good.
