In order, 5 sets of 8 reps, :20R between sets
- Revers lunges today (75# bar on back) - GO! had to snatch from the ground each time to get on the back, nice little twist
- Bent row (105#)
- Push press (75#) and last two sets I dropped weight, ugh jelly arms whaaaa?
- Fat bar curls (45#) - oly moly on these today, fatigue!
- 2 sets Evil Wheel Roll out, 3 sets KTE (Knees To Elbow)
- 1x 1 Arm Handstand hold
Punching - 2:00 RNDs :30R
- 4R/L - 8, 4L/R - 8, 4ALT - 8 x2, 10 kicks each side, end of each RND
3RNDs, 3, 2, 1 ... GO with what's left! Go!
- 20 Boxer Twist w/bar - really getting to like these. good control. hitting about 10 each side
- 20 Dips - oh, hello goat, are you getting better?
- 20 Good mornings w/bar
- 20 Candlesticks/Back Roll - like getting a massage ... kinda
- 2 minute jump rope (variations, cross, dbl u, 1 foot etc.)
