Satruday Chaos 06/05/10

Well worth it!

After the VictriX Nutrition Challenge briefing & measuring...

McGee

AMRAP 30 minutes

5 Deadlift (155#)
13 Push ups
9 Box jumps (20")

Finished with 24 RNDS +2 DL
Last 5 DL RNDS scaled to 135#

What a burner. After 3:50 I couldn't imagine another 26 minutes of it. BUT...I was able to get into my flow and after much sweat and a few scaled rounds, it was done!
