130.8 I was definitely in OT mode, swelling is going down. not nearly as tight in the legs. not as fluffy either. good good, feeling relaxed and building energy. thank you green tea!
During this time it will be good to consider upcoming training. I will finish 603 PTP and set a new periodization goal.

Now, That's An Easy Day

Tired, sore and tired. I should be gaining speed here! Felt a small glimpse of it late morning though. So...DOMS from FGB6 and tomorrow will be wonderful.

30 minutes stretching, mobility, breath work.

Body water low. I feel fluffy, I look fluffy. So hydration is a must.

Ride 1 hour today. Easy.
I took a few hills that I wasn't planning on but they were in the way. Felt fine. Just ate into my spin time a bit.
Great ride though. I am feeling much more confident on my bike on these foothill roads. Hit about 9 miles.

What have I been thinking?! 90 minutes of yoga. I have desperately needed this.

I am having trouble keeping my calories up. Feeling a little swollen and stiff. Definitely not feeling my best. A couple of more days to work it out ;).
