WARM UP
3 rounds:
1 cargo net climb - fun!
5 wall handstands
10 overhead squats (pvc)
200 meter run

SKILL
Ring Skills - skin the cat
10 minutes

WOD
Snatch 2, 2, 2, 2, 2 - 75#

4 rounds for completion:
10 meter overhead carry (50% 2RM) - 55#
10 burpees - yeah!
10 toes to bar - felt great stringing these together today ;)

Could  have started higher in weight, but went up feeling solid. Not sure if I was suppose to hit it at the same weight or progress. So went with progress.

40/30 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, right arm (25# DB)
21 L Pull-ups (21 pull ups, 21 sit ups)
40/30 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, left arm (25# DB)
21 L Pull-ups (21 pulls ups, 21 situps)

After the first round I couldn't believe I still had 2 more to go. This was a test of stamina and endurance, by round 3 it was all about being in machine mode and just getting it done.
